Can I still change my order?

If you would like to remove an item(s) from your order, please use our cancellation form. We will see what is still possible. If you would like to add more items simply start a new order.

How do I return my order?

If you’re not completely satisfied with your purchase, please reach out to our customer service department at customerservice@riverofgoods.com or click here. Tiffany Style Lighting accepts returns within 60 days of original purchase. We also offer any needed replacement parts and additional support for installation, cleaning and use questions that may help you love your item instead of returning it. 

How long does a refund take?

Once we have received the return product, the refund will be processed within 14 business days.

Where do you ship to and from?

We are based and ship from Saint Paul Minnesota. We ship to all states except for Alaska and Hawaii.

Can you ship to a PO box?

Unfortunately we do not ship to PO boxes. We can ship to mostly all physical address, but in the case we can't or a issue erupts we may contact you.

Are there any shipping costs?

All orders ship from our facility in St. Paul, MN. Customers will need to pay for shipping. Customers will be able select between varying service speeds with shipping carrier FedEx. We pull live rates from our FedEx carrier to try to get the most competitive and affordable rates for customers.

How long does it take for an order to ship?

We have a standard processing lead time of one business day. Orders placed before 2:00 PM CST are typically processed and shipped the same day; otherwise, they will be shipped on the following business day. Please note that this excludes orders with priority shipping, which may be expedited accordingly. We do not process or ship orders on weekends.

How can I track my order?

As soon as your order is shipped we will send you a track & trace code by email. This way you can track your order.

Keep in mind that it can take up to 48 hours before the track & trace is available. Can't track your package after 48h? Please use our
